The Technology Team serves as the Wakefield Public Schools end-user support staff. We strive to provide quality support while maintaining the reliability, stability, and security of our system, so that all of our students, staff and administrators are able to utilize the technology provided to them in an efficient and productive manner.
Our primary mode of communications in the School District is face to face communications. Please do not depend solely on e-mail or phones. These are tools to assist you in communicating and are not intended to replace meetings or chatting with each other on problems or issues. E-Mails outside of Wakefield Schools should never include any confidential information related to students or staff.
